 Welcome to the Independence Ranch homepage.  Independence Ranch is a residential community nestled in the Redlands suburb of Grand Junction.  With spectacular views of both the Colorado National Monument to the southwest and the Grand Valley and Bookcliffs to the northeast, Independence Ranch is truly a jewel located only 4 miles from downtown Grand Junction and 7 miles from the town of Fruita.  Our community boasts 2 parks, numerous walking paths, two basketball courts and is one of the premier communities in Grand Junction.

 

This web page is intended to be both a resource to current homeowners in our community as well as a window to those interested in possibly making Independence Ranch their home.  This web page will be monitored and maintained by the Independence Ranch Home Owners Association and will be updated as necessary with community news and information.  The menu at the left indicates the individual pages within the site where specific information can be found and suggestions for new items are always welcome.  The board members and their contact information are listed on the Contacts page and  general email questions are welcome.

 The HOA Board meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. 

The location changes monthly, so please contact any board member for the upcoming meeting.
