Development / Lot Sales matters. ACC matters. Mr. Brutsche is the developer of Independence Ranch subdivision and should be contacted with any questions regarding vacant lot sales still held by Laughing Waters LLC, questions regarding undeveloped filings and/or house plan submissions. House plan approval is a 2 part approval process requiring review by the HOA board and by developer Hans Brutsche. Plans must be submitted to both parties and approval granted by both parties. **Hans IS NOT involved in all aspects of HOA functions.
